If quality is your number-one priority, you’ve come to the right place. We manufacture your switches to tighter tolerances than what’s required. For example, if your desired maximum resistance is 1 ohm, we spec your switches to be under 0.8 ohm. Equipment such as Gretag Macbeth Judge II Color Evaluation Machines help us produce to international standards.

We inspect every membrane switch in your order. Most clients find our inspection so reliable they only check five percent of the membrane switches in a shipment. UL certification is available and means you can confidently sell our components in major markets.

We normally pay only one half of typical U.S. costs for tooling and pass those savings on to you. We can access connectors and substrates that rival the quality of U.S. counterparts. Connectors from China and Taiwan cost 60 percent less and 3M 467/468 heat-resistant alternative adhesives from Japan and Taiwan cost 50 percent less.
